Mikayla Means: Director of IT & Web Development

Contact: it@txallabilitiesnetwork.org

I serve as the Director of IT & Web Development for Texas All Abilities Network, combining over three years of IT experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science to develop innovative and accessible solutions. My role allows me to merge my technical expertise with my passion for inclusion, ensuring that our organization’s digital resources empower individuals and create lasting impact.

Growing up with siblings who have disabilities inspired my dedication to advocacy and community support. I actively participate in Buddy Walks, Autism Walks, and similar initiatives that raise awareness and champion the rights of individuals with special needs. These experiences fuel my mission to bridge gaps, foster connections, and provide resources that enable everyone to thrive.

I believe that everyone deserves the chance to succeed, and I am proud to contribute to a mission that aligns with my values.

We are proud to introduce one of the heartbeats of Texas All Abilities Network — our amazing Activities Director!

As a parent of a child with disabilities, they bring both personal experience and deep compassion to every program we create. By day, they serve with Child & Youth Services (CYS), working with children and teens of all abilities, and by evening, they bring that same dedication to our community events.

💙 Known for their ability to truly connect with youth and families, our Activities Director ensures that every child feels seen, valued, and included. From planning activities that spark joy to creating safe, welcoming spaces, they make sure our programs reflect what our community needs most.
