
Michele Lammers: Founder

Michele Lammers, M.Ed., Ed.S. is the President and Founder of Texas All Abilities Network (501(c)(3)), a nonprofit dedicated to building inclusive communities through awareness events, social skills training, and family support. She also leads Inclusive Skills Training, LLC, where she provides professional workshops and is an approved Continuing Education (CE) provider for educators, social workers, and community leaders.
Michele holds both a Master of Education in Curriculum & Instruction with a concentration in Special Education and an Education Specialist (Ed.S.) degree in Curriculum & Instruction. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Education, combining her academic expertise with her lived experience as a mother of four children with disabilities.
For more than two decades, Michele has served as a parent educator, systems navigator, and advocate. She also contributes her leadership on local advisory councils and boards, including the Killeen Parks & Recreation Board, the Bell County Judge & Commissioners Committee on People with Disabilities, and the Waco Mayor’s Committee on People with Disabilities.
Through Texas All Abilities Network, Michele’s mission is clear: to empower families, strengthen social connections, and create inclusive opportunities where every person feels valued, supported, and able to thrive.

Mikayla Means: Director of IT & Web Development

Mikayla serves as the Director of IT & Web Development for the Texas All Abilities Network, combining over four years of IT experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science to develop innovative and accessible digital solutions. In this role, she merges her technical expertise with her passion for inclusion, ensuring the organization’s online resources empower individuals and create lasting impact.
Growing up with siblings who have disabilities shaped her dedication to advocacy and community support. She actively participates in Buddy Walks, Autism Walks, and other initiatives that raise awareness and champion the rights of individuals with special needs. These experiences fuel her mission to bridge gaps, foster meaningful connections, and provide resources that enable everyone to thrive.
Driven by the belief that everyone deserves the chance to succeed, Mikayla is proud to contribute to a mission that aligns deeply with her values and her commitment to building a more inclusive future.

Kelli Mikulec: Vice President and Executive Board Secretary

Kelli serves as the Vice President and Executive Board Secretary for the Texas All Abilities Network, bringing together her organizational strengths, creative vision, and a deeply rooted background in hands‑on caregiving. Before joining the nonprofit world, she worked in healthcare as a patient care technician and private caregiver, experiences that shaped her commitment to dignity, accessibility, and compassionate support for individuals with diverse needs.
Kelli is also the mother of a child with intellectual disabilities, learning disabilities, end‑stage renal disease, and other complex medical needs. Her lived experience as a parent navigating medical systems, educational supports, and daily challenges fuels her dedication to advocacy and inclusive community spaces. She understands firsthand the importance of connection, resources, and environments where every family feels supported.
At Texas All Abilities Network, she contributes through coordination, communication, and outreach, helping strengthen community relationships and promote inclusion across the region. Whether she’s supporting events, assisting with outreach, or helping advance the organization’s mission, Kelli approaches every task with empathy, creativity, and a genuine passion for uplifting people of all abilities.

Yvette Scott: Treasurer

Yvette is a Robotics teacher at Hutto ISD in Hutto, Texas, and serves as Treasurer for the Texas All Abilities Network, a nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering success through innovation. Passionate about education and inclusion, she works to establish robotics programs in underserved schools, secure grants, and raise awareness that success has no boundaries. Currently pursuing a Master of Public Administration, she is committed to inspiring the next generation of STEM leaders by equipping them with critical thinking and problem‑solving skills in rapidly advancing fields.
Whether she is championing community engagement, writing grants to fund transformative projects, or motivating students to dream big, Yvette’s mission remains clear: to unlock potential, inspire innovation, and pave the way for a brighter future for all.

Meet Jon — our Activities Director and one of the driving forces behind the Texas All Abilities Network.
With over a decade of experience in pediatric healthcare and a deep personal connection as a parent of a child with disabilities, Jon brings both professional insight and lived understanding to everything he does. His background has shaped him into someone who sees the whole person — their strengths, their needs, and the importance of creating spaces where everyone feels welcome.
Jon now works with Child & Youth Services (CYS), supporting children and teens of all abilities. After work, he brings that same commitment to our community, pouring his energy into building programs that are joyful, inclusive, and meaningful for families like ours.
Beyond his professional experience, Jon has a genuine passion for Dungeons & Dragons, sports, and teaching kids — interests that shine through in the creativity, teamwork, and excitement he brings to every activity he leads. Whether he’s designing an adventure that sparks imagination or encouraging kids to try something new, Jon creates moments that help young people feel confident, capable, and included.
Driven by compassion and a vision for a more accessible future, Jon works tirelessly to ensure every child feels seen, valued, and supported. His leadership helps our mission come alive in ways that truly reflect the heart of our community.

We are so proud to introduce Justin Jones, our incredible Assistant Director at Texas All Abilities Network.
Justin is an amazing young man with a heart for inclusion. As a family member supporting a loved one with disabilities, he brings both compassion and lived experience to his role. He has a natural ability to connect with young adults who are neurodivergent, meeting them where they are and helping them feel understood, valued, and empowered.
Justin’s dedication to supporting youth and families shines in everything he does — from guiding activities to creating safe spaces for connection, friendship, and growth. His energy and empathy make him a true role model and leader in our community.

As a veteran with a strong technical background and a parent of multiple children with special needs, Paul Lammers brings both lived experience and mission‑driven skills to our organization. Their understanding of the special‑needs community shapes how they communicate our message with clarity, empathy, and purpose. In managing our social media, he uses his technical expertise to share resources, highlight events, and amplify the voices of individuals and families we serve. Their blend of service, skill, and personal connection strengthens our outreach and helps build a more inclusive community.

Magda Angelisi : Director of Community Outreach

Magda Angelisi serves as the Director of Community Outreach for Texas All Abilities Network. Combining over seven years of experience in program development and execution, Magda brings her passion for inclusivity and awareness to the community. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from NYU and is a mother of two special needs children. With a vast personal experience navigating the special needs systems, she has dedicated her time to helping other families in any way possible. Magda works toward creating relationships within our local community and raising awareness and acceptance through education, sponsorship, and programs.

Melissa is thrilled to continue serving the community and the Texas All Abilities Network. As the Director of Development & Special Events, she leads the organization’s fundraising efforts by planning and managing major fundraising events and supporting grant development to secure vital financial resources for Texas All Abilities Network and the families it serves.
